To all, Our next Safety Meeting will be held in conjunction with AOPA's Safety Seminar on March 8, 2017. The title of the seminar is Nontowered Case Studies and will be held at the Embassy Suites 800 Monroe St SW Huntsville, AL 35801-5576 from 7pm-9pm on March 8, 2017. As some of you may have noticed, the Flying Activity scheduling page has been down for the last couple of days. We are trying to resolve the issue but there seems to be a major malfunction. We hope to get this resolved soon. It is possible that when the system is restored, some data may be lost and if so please bare with us while we try to get things up to date. To all, Safety Meeting The Safety Meeting that was scheduled for 8 December 2016 has been cancelled. In lieu of the Safety Meeting we will require everyone to complete one AOPA Online Course and two AOPA Safety Quizzes and turn their certificates into the office for Safety Meeting credit. Flying Activity Open As most of you are aware, our Open House is this weekend May 21, 2016 from 0800 – 1500 hrs. We are still currently looking for volunteers. As of to date the areas that is completely full is Ramp Operations, Ask A pilot Booth, Pre Flight Briefing. We could use some help in the following areas. We still need 1-2 person for Registration Booth, 5 in Passenger Escorts, and 2-3 in Food Services.
