Our next Safety Meeting is in conjunction with AOPA's Safety Seminar on November 1, 2017. Since AOPA's meeting is so close to our December meeting, the December meeting is cancelled, so our next in house meeting will be sometime in March.

The title of AOPA's seminar November 1, 2017 is Fly by Night and will be held at the Embassy Suites 800 Monroe St SW Huntsville, AL 35801-5576 from 7pm-9pm. You can sign up on the AOPA's site for this seminar at the following link. https://www.aopa.org/forms/event-registration/SSFLY_AL_171101

If you cannot attend the seminar, we will require you to take the two following courses (Runway Safety) and (PIREPS Made Easy). These two courses can be found on AOPA's site at the following link. https://www.aopa.org/training-and-safety/online-learning#OnlineCourses

These two courses must have a course date of November 1, 2017 or later. We will not accept any course certificates that were taken prior to November 1, 2017. We have extended the Safety Meeting expiration dat to Monday 6 November.

We will not be having a December meeting so the next one will be sometime in March.
