Flying Activity Open

As most of you are aware, our Open House is this weekend May 21, 2016 from 0800 – 1500 hrs. We are still currently looking for volunteers. As of to date the areas that is completely full is Ramp Operations, Ask A pilot Booth, Pre Flight Briefing. We could use some help in the following areas.

We still need 1-2 person for Registration Booth, 5 in Passenger Escorts, and 2-3 in Food Services. You can contact the office by phone 256-876-6962 or email timothy.s.thompson28.naf@mail.mil

We would like everyone to be here between here 0700 to 0745 at the latest. Food Service has some room and can show up at 0800 since cooking will not begin until 0830-0900.

The persons working dispatch, we will contact you prior so you can come out to the activity before Saturday and we can show you how to operate the computers.

Below is the names of those that have volunteered and the positions that they will be helping out in. If your name is below and you see that you are unable to help, please contact the office or email using the address list above.
