Subject: Open House Correction

Folks,

Be sure to mark your calendar to come out and support our Open House, Saturday May 21, 2016 0800hrs – 1500 hrs. As most of you know, this is our chance to promote the Flying Activity and help enroll new student pilots. With this being said, we are in need of volunteers in order to make this happen. The areas we need help are as follows. (3) Registration/Sales booth, (3) Dispatching Flights, (2) Pre-Flight Briefers, (5) Passenger Escorts, (2) Ask a Pilot Booth, (5) Ramp Operations, (5) cooking, (2) Runners and every instructor possible.

If you were a lead in any of these areas in past Open House events and would like to lead again please contact me. I like to have those experts back so we are not reinventing the wheel. For those of you that had helped out in the past I am also looking for your support once again. If you have never been involved in one of our events please don’t hesitate and sign up. I have said this time after time, but this event could not be successful if it was not for your support. So please sign up.

All volunteers who complete an Open House shift will be entered into a drawing for one free hour of flight time comparable to N984SP; a total of five hours will be given away. So come and spend a great day promoting the Activity and general aviation!
