Category Management Screen
The Category Management screen displays the Categories contained in the database. Categories are used by the program to allocate charges to income and expense lines in the Daily Accounting Report. The following fields are displayed:
Category Name - the name of the category.
GLAC - the GLAC line that the named category will show on the DAR report.
Note: Selecting a column will sort the display by that column.
The following controls are provided to modify the Category information:
Add New Link - adds a new category to the database.
Modify Link - select the category name to modify the category.
