Safety Meeting Dates Screen
The Safety Meeting Dates screen sets the dates of the previous safety meeting and the next safety meeting. From this information the expiration date of the Safety Meeting field of the Currency Information screen is determined.
The users that attended the last safety meeting are checked so that the individual currency values are updated. The safety meeting dates may also be set using the Currency Information.
The following fields are provided:
Date of the last safety meeting - the date of the last safety meeting held.
Date of the next safety meeting - the date of the next safety meeting to be held.
User checkbox - a checkbox for each active user so that their attendance at the safety meeting can be updated.
Update Button – select the Update button when you are finished modifying the information on this screen.
Cancel Button – select the Cancel button to return to the previous screen and cancel any entries on this screen.
Note: A member's safety meeting currency will expire at midnight of the date given by Date of the next safety meeting or if the Safety Meeting date is older than the Date of the last safety meeting date.
