Modify Category Screen
The Modify Category screen allows an existing Category to be modified. Categories are used by the program to allocate charges to income and expense lines in the Daily Accounting Report. The following fields are provided:
Category Name - the name of the category.
Note: Some of the Category Names, such as Flight Time, Fuel Reimbursement, etc. are used internally by the program and may not be changed. If a Category Name is used internally by the program the Category Name field will be disabled so that changes can not be made. The GLAC code may be changed for Category Names used internally by the program.
GLAC - the GLAC line that the named category will show on the DAR report.
Submit Button – select the Submit button when you are finished entering the information for this screen
Cancel Button – select the Cancel button to return to the previous screen and cancel any entries on this screen (the new Category information is not saved).
Delete Button - deletes the category.
